About Steve Wiese The tools on this site are based on his 30 years of experience as an appraiser in residential real estate.

General Explanation

Its simple, go to the home page at and enter an address of a residential property you are interested in. The REO (real estate owned) PPC ( potential projected condition) report considers the impact of wealth in a given market to determine the expected level of condition of housing in an REO status. The report has no physical inspection associated with it and is based solely on a statistical model. The report considers the impact wealth has on the day to day market conditions and how this may affect a home in an REO circumstance. The REO PPC can be used in determining Market Value and Condition for Real Estate, Lending, and Insurance purposes, when an inspection is not possible.
